Age Divisions and Guidelines: Age divisions include 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 15U age will be determined based on a January 1, 2024, cut-off date. This means that the player's age on January 1, 2024, will determine the division they will play in.

This is a seven-practice and seven-game season with games played on Saturdays in a 5 vs 5 format until you reach the 15U division which plays a 7 vs 7 format. Flag is a non-contact, recreational, co-ed, and girls league format. We limit teams to 10-11 players to maximize playing time, ensuring your child gains as much experience as possible. This is an exceptional program for first-time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football. This is also a wonderful opportunity for players to further enhance their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football. There are no try-outs! Everyone participates!

We recommend all participants download the Game Changer app which shows your roster and schedule, including your meet and greet time, practices, and games. A team chat function in the app is the most efficient way to keep in contact with coaches and other players on the team. Once rosters are confirmed, you will be notified that the team pages are ready.

Participants will receive an NFL FLAG reversible jersey, matching shorts, and flag belt all of which is theirs to keep! Refer to our jersey sizing chart as the NFL FLAG styles/sizes have recently been updated.

2024 Fall Flag Football Registration for ages 5-15. Divisions are broken up by age, coed divisions available are 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, and 15U. Players are allowed to play up a division but cannot play down.

Divisions are based on AGE (not grade). The new age cutoff per recommendation of NFL Flag Football goes by the age a player was as of January 1st, of the current calendar year. For example, if a child turns 7 after January 1, 2021, they will still be allowed to play in the 6U division this Fall. In this case, the system will only bring up the 6U division when you go to register. If you prefer your child to play “up” in the next age division, you need to register them for the division they are eligible for in the system then email [email protected], then we will transfer them to the next division.

We use the NFL Flag Matrix Rostering Program when creating teams. BUDDY REQUESTS AND COACH REQUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Coaches are allowed to choose one assistant coach. Teams are created based on multiple factors including, but not limited to school, town, and athletic ability rating.

You MUST register as a player and/or coach in the district in which you reside. If you intentionally disregard this policy and the league finds out you will be disqualified and removed for the remainder of the season, as this violates the league's code of conduct policy. The season starts Sept. 7th and runs for nine weeks (one week of scrimmages, five regular season games, with weeks seven & eight being playoffs (all teams make the playoffs) and state championship games. Week nine is the NH vs MA Border Battle where the NH champion and MA champion from each division play each other to see who the best of the best is! Games start with the older groups at approximately 8:30 and end with the younger divisions at 5:00 pm. We will not have exact times until we get closer to the beginning of the season.
