Seacoast Youth Flag Football 7v7 rules for 14U & 17U

Below are added to standard NFL Flag 5v5 rules

·         Blitzing - each team is allowed 1 blitz from LOS per half.  Standard 7yd blitzer is allowed during game.

·         Laterals are allowed.

·         2 min clock stoppage per half.  30 second stoppage.

·         Min 10 team roster, max 12

·         14U teams are created thru registration and balanced the same SYFFL recreation rosters

·         17U team rosters are allowed, coach has to create their own team. 

·         Free agents for 17u, teams have options on them or a team will be created by SYFFL
